How often do we give our selves the space to stop focussing on what needs to be done and simply relax into the present moment. Through taking time out to train in mindfulness we can reduce the busyness of our distracting thoughts and experience a deep inner peace and calm. In this workshop we will explore how meditation gives us the space and clarity to relax and enjoy every moment in the midst of our busy, hectic lives.
