Manchester City Council is giving community groups across the city a chance to improve their local neighbourhoods. The Cash Grants scheme helps local residents and community groups to deliver projects that can make a real difference to their neighbourhoods. Funding has been allocated to each ward in the city to help local people to improve their areas and make them cleaner, safer and better places to live in.
In Chorlton we will be looking for projects that are sustainable and benefit a wide number of people.
The process is competitive so please speak to Kirsteen Armitage (0161 882 1301) or Karin Connell (0161 234 1506) if you have any questions about the kind of projects that we are looking for.
